Marshall Reiss is the Controller of Metropolitan. His responsibilities include working with the CFO on the accounting, tax, finance, and fund operations. Prior to joining Metropolitan in 2019, Marshall was the Senior Vice President of Private Equity & Real Estate / Loan Administration at Citco Fund Services (USA) Inc., where he managed a specialized Private Credit Fund accounting and operations team for several white-label funds. Previously, he was a Fund Controller and Compliance Officer for Torchlight Investors responsible for Private Equity Funds, which originated commercial real estate loans, and a Vice President for the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, where he managed the accounting for several credit funds with assets over $100 billion. Marshall began his career as an Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and assurance for funds across several asset classes. Marshall graduated with a B.A. from Berklee College of Music and received a M.S.A. and M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
