Senior Associate, Investor Relations
Ivana Lahcanski is a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team at Metropolitan. Prior to joining Metropolitan in 2023, Ivana was an Assistant Vice President at Blackstone, where she led the Investor Relations team for the growth equity platform (“BXG”). Prior to Blackstone, Ivana was an Associate on the Investor Relations team at MidOcean Partners, where she supported both the Private Equity and Credit businesses. Ivana graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University.
Office Manager
Nicole is Office Manager at Metropolitan. Nicole graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Organizational Management specializing in business marketing strategies. Nicole plays an active roll in her community and enjoys learning new dances.
FP&A Manager
Casey Park is a FP&A Manager at Metropolitan Partners Group. Prior to joining Metropolitan, Casey earned a Master’s degree in Quantitative Management: Business Analytics from Duke University’s Fuqua Business School. Casey began her career at KPMG Hong Kong and later worked as an audit manager in KPMG San Francisco’s asset management business, specializing in alternative investments with a focus on private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds. Casey holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and is a California and Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
Senior Fund Accountant
Tara Battaglia is a Senior Fund Accountant at Metropolitan. She has over 15 years of accounting and cash management experience. Prior to joining Metropolitan, Tara held various accounting roles across several sectors, including Gas & Oil. Tara holds a B.S. in Accounting from South Hills School of Business & Technology.
Controller
Suma Krishnabhat is Controller of Metropolitan. Suma has more than 15 years of experience working in Investment Management, Hedge Fund & Private Equity industries. Prior to joining Metropolitan in 2021, she was a Controller at Nexseer Capital working on finance and accounting transformation initiatives. She has held senior level positions at Accenture Financial Services and State Street Corporation. Suma has a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
Operating Associate
Shirley is an Operating Associate at Metropolitan. Her responsibilities include reporting, data management, event logistics, and coordination of the firm’s Operating Expert division. In addition, she is responsible for managing the firm’s administrative and IT operations, as well as the administrative team. Shirley graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Business Management. Shirley enjoys playing flag football and tennis, and helping foster dogs.
Senior Operations Associate
Sean Browne is a Senior Operations Associate of Metropolitan. His responsibilities include investment operations, reporting and loan agency. Prior to joining Metropolitan in 2022, Sean worked at Prudential Financial, Inc. as an Investment Operations Specialist on the Fixed Income Public Operations team. There he worked on processing trades and payments on debt products, as well as custody reconciliation. Sean graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from The College of New Jersey School of Business.
Senior Associate, Investor Relations
Scarly Almonte is a Senior Associate at Metropolitan. Scarly joins Metropolitan from Figure Technologies Inc., where she was responsible for managing and expanding relationships with investors and strategic partners. Previously, Scarly worked on the capital raising team at Monomoy Capital Partners and supported the Investor Relations functions at Invesco and Three Bridges Capital, where she began her career as an Associate. Scarly graduated from Baruch College with a B.A. in Finance.
Vice President, Investor Relations
Oliver Escardo is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Metropolitan Partners Group. Since joining the firm in 2016, Oliver has held various execution and leadership roles in the firm’s Marketing and Investor Relations department. Oliver also currently heads the firms’ DEI committee. Prior to joining Metropolitan, Oliver was a marketing associate at JH Capital Group, a diversified specialty finance company. Oliver graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Political Science.
